IWFM 3
Our IWFM Level 3 Diploma is the ideal option for someone with no previous experience in the world of Facilities Management. This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of the FM sector.
This diploma will then allow you to gain entry into first year of our BSc in Facilities & Workplace Management.
IWFM 4
IWFM Level 4 is a fantastic course for those who are already working in the FM sector who want to upskill and learn more about Facilities Management.
Another benefit of IWFM Level 4 is the ability, upon completion, to gain advanced entry into our Level 8 degree programme where you will go straight into year two.

IWFM 5
Our IWFM Level 5 Diploma is designed for who have reached middle and/or senior management roles in the FM sector.
The award is recognized as an NFQ Level 7 Diploma which is a valuable addition to anyone who works in FM’s portfolio. As well as that, this Diploma will give you direct access to the third and final year of our BSc in Facilities & Workplace Management, meaning after two years of study one can hold a Level 8 qualification in Facilities Management.

BSc (Hons) in Facilities & Workplace Management
Like our diploma, our BSc (Hons) in Facilities & Workplace Management is designed with the working professional in mind through our blended delivery mode. As mentioned above, it is the only course of its kind in Ireland right now. This degree will be instrumental in upskilling within the industry of Facilities Management and opening up the graduate to a much wider array of professional opportunities across the sector.
